Astral Insight Pale Ale Sleeping Village

For Astral Insight we built a complex base of malted barley and flaked grains to achieve a soft mouthfeel with a delicately low alcohol content.
We then layered this beer with Mosaic and Motueka hops to deliver bright flavors of tangerine and white grape.
We love low gravity beers and this one was built for drinking.
