Collective Gardening Farmhouse Sleeping Village
Sleeping village began as an idea in a small apartment by the sea in the south of Norway. The vision was to change the landscape of beer with a focus on ingredients and process.
We have taken pale barley and flaked wheat and transformed it into an every day beer, a beer to be enjoyed with lunch. Fermented with an expressive belgian yeast strain and then generously dry hopped with unorthodox hop varieties, this ale is bright and easy.
